It took me a little bit to right a review, as I am constantly trying to keep up with life as a new mom! However, that does not take away the complete satisfaction I received from this dealership. I felt welcome, informed, and confident in my trade in. First off, in the past i had a HORRIBLE experience with a DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP that left a bad taste in my mouth for little “mom and pop” shop dealers. Thank goodness this experience was the complete opposite! I turned over my wonderful 2016 Honda Civic in exchange for a 2014 Toyota Rav 4. This was more than just trading in a vehicle. It was a life changing event as I transitioned to the next phase of life as a new mom. Every person I encountered was pleasant and eager to help me and my fiancé. They aren’t just about selling vehicles, they CARE about their customers. I have received several phone calls and messages since my trade, asking how I was adjusting to my new vehicle. That is amazing and reassuring. We have yet to encounter any issues since our purchase a little over 2 weeks ago. I would recommend this place a 1000 times over! Thank you Brian, for being a wonderful salesperson and Bill for taking care of us every step of the way financially making us comfortable and confident in our purchase!
