      If anything goes wrong, and it often does, you wait forever for a resolution. And not even an apology such as when the teller deposits your cash into someone else’s account!

      Thank you Cynthia V. for your continuous assistance with anything I may ask for. I've been with HRECU since 2000. Currently, I no longer live in Hampton but Cynthia continues assist me as needed. Just recently, I was in an unfortunate accident and had to take out yet another loan for another vehicle. This process went extremely smoothly and quickly. I am once again thankful for having a family like credit union even from far away.
