      This is the branch in Ocean Springs that has wonderful service. They've always been very helpful for all of my needs. I was unaware that there are 2 of these banks in Ocean Springs. The other Hancock branch is located on Washington Avenue in downtown Ocean Springs. I called the Washington Avenue branch once for something before I knew there were 2 branches and they were not as helpful there.

      I had the worst experiences ever in history at this branch. I was lied to twice and experienced the worse customer service ever. If I could, I would give this branch zero stars.

      Thanks for hanging up on me . Only scream was having my wife remove our barking dogs out of the room so I could speak to you and you know it. This was Important to me to pay our contracter. He has been waiting 21 days for his money . Y'all get a check from a large company it has company's address from Cali . The check is good ,he worked for it . And we are trying to pay the man. Rediculous. I'll come in to let mgr.know of my experience later .
