      Great branch with safety deposit boxes and full service and drive through. Most of tellers have been there forever. Bank officers sometimes not very customer oriented but they are quite busy so probably why it seems that way. Usually quick in and out. Very convenient to Old Metairie. Tellers arw extremely nice and helpful. Love this bank. Banking the way it used to be in New Orleans. Personal.

      I am very disappointed with the the follow up at HW Metairie Road. Bank employees should contact a prospective client prior to close of business if they won't have an answer until the following day. This lets the client know that his banking needs are appreciated and of utmost importance. I had to call a second time the following day and finally the employee called back with a "No" to my request and said, "Call me if you need to". This branch needs professional standards training. This level of mediocrity is why I chose to deposit my money at a competitor 20 yards away.
