      If you are an elderly person I don't recommend you going tonthis bank for any kinds of needs they act like your money is there money I have contacted the branch manager several times about a girl there being very disrespectful to my father nothing was never done I am now going to contact someone higher up and see if the branch manager and the employees can find some respect for others the downtown branch in gulfport ms is the bank we have banked with since they have been open when we leave this bank alot others will be leaving with us .

      Do not use this bank. My 94 year old father had an account with Hancock Whitney and the bank did not notice that someone was stealing $600 per day from my fathers account….for months. I wrote to the president of the bank and no one has done a thing about the situation. Once they asked for my address but I have heard nothing from them.
