      They are rude unprofessional and they never keep the same people very long. On saint charles street. I lost a cashier check and when the teller called it in to see if it was ever cleared or cashed by someone they must have said someone cashed it she then smirked as if she got me and yes that was cashed it wasn't the one I was looking for .well I found it because they couldnt and had to wait my 3 months well during that time I paid that bill. When I went to go get my money back they wont they said they had to issue it right back to me the business they wrote it to isn't in business anymore so how do I get my 1500 dollars back?

      I think that this bank is prejudice. I use to bank here when it was located in Raceland but when they closed I transfered my money to Chase.
