I've had an account here for over 2 years. They have always been accurate, co-operative, helpful and very nice. They have branches in Penscacola, Biloxi, and La. Very convienent.

Don't get excited. My husband is sick. This bank is close to his work. He wanted to make a payment before going to urgent care. NO DRIVE THROUGH!!!

Worst customer service all the time I go too pay my rent .I guess I do not look like a Whitney customer ,so the welcome is very annoying like they are waiting too see if I have a fake check too cash .But my landlord has an acct.that I deposit my funds in every .month and so they act like they can never find it instead of just punching the whole name in after the acct.number does not work. instead of assuming I am there for foolishness. Now Today just took the cake when I ask the teller can she put the correct acct.on there so I will not go through this every month she says ohhhhh I can't do that. Ladyyyyyyyyy!!I know u see that this an acct. You can get funds out of it you only can deposit but,you did not look bc you were on some other Bull sizen me up thinking I am going too Rob the account when you did not even look too see what type of account it was.and if I come every month too deposit my rent money I have the acct.anyway it is just written down incorrectly why just why make drama out of nothing but yes I called my land Lord and I have the correct one now but dang stop sizen ppl up!!!!
