  Nick and Tyler were amazing they helped me through the whole process including when another company that I chose not to go with was sending me things and I was freaking out...lol. they walked me through all of it.. never once made me doubt they had my best interests in mind. If I ever have needs with refinancing or new home loans I'm going with these guys. They need a Tiktok page so we can do Shout outs... lol... Thank you guys.. Hope you and yours have an amazing day.. thank you again so much... I will definitely recommend you to all..

  Nick was awesome and help me understand what was needed actually held my hand .... well virtually thru a few of the more difficult aspects of the process. Let me know what was going on and what would happen he is a very pleasent person to work with and I appreciate Handshake home loans.   Worst experience I’ve ever had, I can’t say who was working my loan because when I put his name they call me asking me and begging me to take his name off the google review, but anyway he lied over and over multiple times, everytime he would tell me the loan was going to close at the end of the week some other stipulation would pop up, rate lock was a joke, every time something popped up my rate would go up from what it was previously locked in at. The communication is horrible, they expect you to read their mind when it comes to knowing what’s the next step. I feel they lied initially to get me to start the process and pretty much miss a real opportunity for another company to help refinance me. They spent over 3 months trying to close my loan to no avail. If it was possible to put a 0 star rating on here I would, worst experience I’ve ever had by far!! If you read these reviews trust and believe this is not a good company and the people here only care about quantity of loans they don’t care about anything else. They will say whatever they think you want to hear at the moment to get you to stay.
