      I had a loan from this bank and I am truly happy to say NO MORE! One of the worst banks to deal with, but the end was actually good with Philip. He was helpful and answered my emails very quickly. Over the span of 7 years it was like pulling hair. Recently, I just called and a lady picked up. I’m good with understanding accents but for some reason, it was hard for me to understand her. So I asked her repeat something three times. I hate doing that but I needed it correctly. Before the third time she answered, she let a huge, I mean a monstrous SIGH. I think China could’ve heard the sighing from this girl. I was mortified. And she works in customer service? Wow. Thanks for the last 7 years with the really high rate. Hope things get better with this bank.
