I was shocked to see the low rating and as a long term member i had to express my experience I have been banking at HFCU (formerly Mitre Federal Credit Union) for the last 23 years. Deborah (no longer there) and Anita have been my single point of contacts and i've always have received exceptional service. They have processed at least six auto loans for me, a couple personal loans and countless other transactions. However, with the emergence of online banking, i rarely visit the bank in person - which is a shame because I looked forward to seeing them.

I have never received such mediocre service at any financial institution. From the first day I was told lies on every product I inquired on. Annita is by far the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. She has been lying to me for over 6 months and has been holding my vehicle title hostage for no reason. I implore you not to do business with these dishonest people, you will regret it.
