      They got me in for the time the appt. was made for and finished in a mostly timely way. What I did not like is not paying attention to conversation at the beginning when told them I already did or was going to be doing a service myself. So the report by text comes through that I need all these other things done, even engine air filter that was just done a week ago, so clearly they don't really inspect. That wasted about 30 min. by the time I saw the text with redundant MUST DO list -- when it was not what was discussed at beginning. Would be helpful to listen to your customers service needs and not just going off of the recommended list of 60,000 mi. services.

      This dealership is THE place to buy your next Subaru! Edgar was my salesperson and he is such a pleasant and friendly guy. He had me in and out in less than 2 hours and, honestly, the entire process was easy, pleasant and dare I say enjoyable! I purchased a 2022 CrossTrek Sport for my wife and she couldn’t be happier. And I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from these guys. I will definitely but my NEXT Subaru from them as well!
