      I wouldn't suggest going here for your taxes. I was told that I would owe so she didn't proceed, said she didn't feel like she would get paid. When I took my business elsewhere I found I didn't owe and received a decent return. Not sure if she was just overwhelmed and that was her excuse for not wanting to deal with mine, whatever it is, it was unprofessional to accuse me of theft of services before service is even done.

      Went in here because i finally had an early day off of work, and my father in law recommended them. I told the person at the front desk i wanted to file my taxes and get a bookeeper for my business. She told me that they dont do bookkeeping there so they wouldnt be able to help me with that. I told her it was ok but i still need to file my taxes. She told me that i should probably do my taxes where i get a bookeeper and sent me out the door which may be sound advice but it was not a good experience. I was confused that they dont do bookkeeping so i took a picture of the sign they have out front to make sure i read it right. Their office was a huge mess as well
