      This is my favorite HAPO location. I love how the staff here is so friendly and helpful. It is also somewhat close to my house. Besides the location, I have been doing business with HAPO more than a year now and I have been enjoying it. They help with your finances and needs to the best they can. I very strongly recommend HAPO in case you need a loan or simply anything.

      I went to the Clearwater location to use the walk up ATM. I inserted my Wells Fargo Card to withdraw $40 fast cash. Right away the machines touch screen was not responding properly to my touches. It started hesitating for several seconds before beeping and responding to the next step. I finally made it to the fast cash button and it wouldn't beep. I kept touching over and over again with no result so I pressed the cancel button on the keypad. The transaction cancelled and then kept my card and didnt return it. There was no reason for keeping my card. I have plenty of cash in my Wells Fargo account and I have great credit and no issues that warranted keeping the card. I felt like I had been robbed because I had to come home and report the loss of my card to my bank and order a new one. This has created a huge inconvenience because I pay my Bill's on autopay using that card number. The bank cancelled the card number and is issuing a new one which means I have to go online to all my creditors and change the info. Thanks Hapo for nothing.
