      The wait time is ridiculous. No less than 10-20 a visit.

      Hi Alicia. We completely understand your frustration. Our Union branch is our busiest branch which can affect wait times even when we are fully staffed. We encourage members to utilize online/mobile banking or any of 30,000+ surcharge free ATMs whenever possible. Those tools allow you to transfer money, deposit checks, check balances, and more. If you need in-branch help, another option is to visit our Southridge or Clearwater branches which are just a couple of miles away and usually less busy.
