Happy State Bank was able to secure a PPP loan for me when my own personal bank was bogged down with applications. They have been so helpful and accessible throughout this process. Once again, today I called needing help with my forgiveness application, to a random bank, and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Andrew. Andrew at the Addison location is great. When presented with question he did not know the answer to he took my number and called me back within five minutes with a solution. He was very helpful and I highly recommend the staff and bank for your banking needs and saved me a trip to Addison. Thanks to the entire staff for the help during this difficult time.

I have been apart of Happy State since I was 6 years old and my family has been apart of Happy State since the founding in Happy, Tx(4 generations). I’ve been to different branches from Dallas to Texline and never had a bad experience until here. For people who handle my own and many others finances there is a severe lack of communication and trust.
