Since they merged with another bank you can no longer get help thru their phone support. When calling they have over 100 people in queue waiting. When you go into the branch they do not know how to resolve your problems with the account. Im sad to say this was not how the bank was run before the buyout/merger. I no longer feel like a valued customer now i feel like just a number.

Always closed. ATM'S always out of service. Internet access is very difficult. Can't speak to anyone locally. DO NOT bank here!
