  Happy State Bank has been great for years but this specific location no one ever greets you and/or acknowledges they are helping you in the drive through so you just have to sit there and wait until they say something or get the courage to call. I sent my deposits up (I had quite a few deposits) and sat for over 10 minutes without a word. I had no idea if anyone we working on them or if I sent the deposits into oblivion until I got the courage to call them. This has been the second time it’s happened. I never have this issue with all other HSB’s except this one. Please at least say “hello” or something so that the person knows they’re at a working drive through bay.

  Online banking is such a frustrating experience. I just opened a saving account, I had to call to get help to figure out how to maneuver the online banking access portal because it’s so confusing, and I still haven’t been “approved”. I’m sure they will charge me for not signing up for e-statement, even though I’ve been trying for weeks to gain access to turn the feature on. So frustrating.
