      Company has poor customer service and outrageous fees. Avoid. I hurt my back and lost my job, they had no mercy when I couldn't afford my rent or credit card payment. After filing bankruptcy they have made continuous illegal attempts to collect the money I owed them. Including withholding my stimulus checks which were sent to them automatically. Refusing to allow me to close my account until I repay the debt, charging inactivity fees, and hitting me with account abuse fees that are now on my post bankruptcy record and affecting my ability to rebuild credit. Member for 25+ years.
