In the midst of all of the covid precautions the staff at harborstone made my foreign banking transaction simple and streamlined. From making my appointment, walking me through the process, and contacting me promptly with my conformation. If you haven't had the opportunity to do business with them I would highly recommend it!

Just left Harborstone credit union Gig Harbor, they refused to accept my “rolled” coins for deposit. They said it was against the rules to accept change since I was using a shared branch, and to contact my bank to find out why. Well I immediately called my bank (QualstarCU) and they said there is no such rule! Of course they had closed by the time I had finished talking to my bank. It’s pretty clear to me that they made the rule up to avoid having to process the change which I had already rolled. Terrible service!!!
