This place is terrible when it comes to customer service. I opened a checking and savings account on Dec/2019, I was told on Jan/2020 they were going to transition to a different card system so I would most likely get 2 sets of cards. Its March/2020 and I never got anything through the mail, I've called 2 time and the first time I was 10 min on hold before I gave up, I'm currently on my second attempt and I been on hold for 18 min.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews. I walked in and immediately greeted. I don't think the guy could have been nicer. He was very helpful and got my transaction completed very quickly. I was super stressed with this being a co-op location but he helped me as if I was one of their customers.
