      I have worked with Ryan Walsh with Hard Money Bankers for many years and they are by far the best hard money lender that I have ever worked with! On multiple occasions they have saved the day for me with getting last minute funding in place for deals. They are very easy going, and willing to find reasonable ways to work with you in regards to problem solving. All you have to do is keep good communication with them and then, as Tony Montana would say..."The World Is Yours"!

      Ryan and his entire team were very responsive and cooperative. I was under tremendous stress trying to close this deal. They did everything possible to do this loan for me with minimal stress. Which I appreciate. They made me feel like they cared. Now I have a place for my elderly dad to live with very few steps for him to climb. I highly recommend HMB to anyone.

      I was just letting a co-worker know that a lot of times with hard money lenders closings don't go as smoothly. I mean this deal was supposed to close on 3 prior days- you & your team did an excellent job preparing the documents each time the date changed, funding approval in a timely manner and wiring the funds on the same day of the closing. Also, there were no last minute crazy requirements. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone looking for a hard money lender. Thank you & I look forward to more closings with your company.
