  I bought my first HD today at HD of BG! I have been looking at bikes there for a week or so and finally made my purchase! The buying experience was by far top notch and far exceeds every other one I have encountered! I had fun with each individual through the process and was taken care of with professionalism as they catered to what I wanted and needed! Paperwork went smooth along with all other areas. I have to give a shout-out to the front line person, the sales person themselves. Nadia was very informative about every bike I looked at along with any questions I had. She even went out of her way to contact me after hours and asked me several times…”what do I need to do for you” I didn’t feel like just another deal done and bike sold. I felt as if I was the most important one in the building, even though they were very busy and handling multiple task and customers along with me. I highly recommend her as your sales person and the dealership as a whole to purchase your bike, get service or buying parts. I’ve been in the car business for twenty years as a technician so I definitely know how things go down and pay attention to every detail! They never skipped a beat until I drove home with my new bike!!

  My very first time at HDBG was in 2016. I had just bought my first Harley from an individual. It only had 200 miles on it but was 2 1/2 years old so did not have factory warranty. Was having an issue with it starting. Had tried several different things with no luck. To be honest, i was quite skeptical about taking it to the dealership because of things I had heard and experienced at other dealerships. But, at this point I was out of options and needed my bike for a ride that was planned for the upcoming weekend. Loaded the bike on a trailer and took to HDBG service department.they got me right in and went to work diagnosing the issue. The technician initially thought it was the starter but they did not have a new one in stock. So I drove to another location to pick one up. HDBG put it on and still nothing. I was a bit frustrated. The service manager at the time (Evan Noel) gave me my money back for the starter that I bought at another shop AND replaced the ecm with a new one free of charge to get me back on the road. I was impressed. Since then I have bought 2 pre owned bikes and 3 new bikes all from HDBG and had all of my service work completed there. I was so much impressed with my first experience that I am now apart of the HDBG team and could not be happier with my job. Looking back on it now, things would be different if my first experience with them had gone another way. I was just some random customer coming in for the first time with a problem and they look went above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Plus, A shout out to the entire sales team!! Dale, Chris, Nadia, Crystal, Steve, Jim, and Stefany are all great at what they do and are a pleasure to work with.

  Sales team there is top notch! Chris, Dale, BJ, Steve and all others have always been as friendly and as helpful as possible! Plus, they have an excellent selection and great prices compared to all other dealerships. Highly recommend!
