      Even though you schedule a payment, they call you three or more times a day until it goes through. They say they don't see scheduled payments, so their technology is about 20 years behind or they don't look first. There persistence needs to be shared with the department in charge of getting our info to the DMV, who lost my paperwork and took over two months to get things right so I could get my plates!

      WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I have ever dealt with!! Don't be late ever because they will call every single day even if you have given a date for payment and they start calling the day after the payment is due not after the grace period. Representatives are always rude when they call!! The only reason I gave the one star was because I couldn't give them a Zero!! Next motorcycle we will go with someone else!!

      First off. The customer service dept only hires people who CANT speak English. Secondly, they charge a fee for everything. 3 dollars to pay your bill, a bill to pay a bill essentially. 11 dollars if you want to pay over the phone. I will never finance through this garbage organization again.
