      Not sure about the other review but Druva has always been the sweetest, nicest person I deal with there. The entire staff is super helpful and courteous

      I have had an account here for a few years now. I went in to speak about overdraft fees, as I had otped out of being overdrafted. The manager, Diane, told me that it was not the banks fault that I overdrafted despite myself opting out, as well as proceeded to blame me for being in debt. I will be closing my accounts with this bank, and never coming back. Do yourself a favor, and go to a bank that actually respects you as a person. Which is not this one.
