      We were referred to this lender by the real estate agent during our search for a home. We were given the approval found a home and a week before signing the loan fell through for reasons that should of been mentioned from the beginning. As a result the seller kept our down payment, a paid appraisal and a paid inspection because of the wording on the contract from our own agent. All parties including the seller’s took advantage of us and no one to this date has been held accountable.
