Susie Hartness with Hartness Home Loans was amazing! We were buying in a extremely difficult market and were buying a For Sale By Owner which makes things more confusing not having a realtor do everything for you. Susie was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication, responded quickly, and made the whole process easy! Even when there was almost a situation that was potentially going to delay our closing due to paperwork from another party involved in the transaction, Susie jumped in and made some phone calls and got everything on track to close on time!
