      Such kind and helpful people. Doesn't feel like a typical financial institution - more like a community organization. Am going to miss HUECU when I graduate!

      Really bad option if you ever travel internationally. I've been working abroad for a year and I've never been able to buy airline tickets with their debit card. Moreover, they keep freezing my card even though I change my address when I travel. They then insist that I call them (or receive a text) to have it un-frozen, as though one can easily call a US number and wait on the line for who-know-how-long from abroad. You would think that, as an institution that serves the Harvard community, they would have some experience with people traveling internationally, but apparently not.
