  Buying a car was a great experience. Really easy and painless. The sales associates were amazing! Very high praise for them. Their service department on the other hand is horrible. The worst customer service I and my husband have ever experienced. We have been dealing with them for at least 8-9 months trying to get my car fixed. We took it in to get diagnosed, they ordered the part, said would call when they arrived. Never got a call so we called and they said yup parts are in. When we got there, they told us they sent the parts back! ( Part were orded 3 different times and either they ordered the wrong part or sent it back) Service gal said she would order and get them there in a hour. This was 10am. Hubs calls 6 hours later only to be told the gal we worked with in the morning no longer works there. Still no parts. The next day we were told she was with a client. They had my car for 5 days and still did not do all the things. Fast forward 2 months to yesterday, they call, parts are in, take the car down and guess what? Couldn't find one of the parts. An hour later part was found, service was done, husband check to make sure. Guess what part wasn't put in my car. They did not, again for the 3rd time fix my car. The manager ended up giving my husband the part and sent him on his way. . At this point I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them because you will have to deal with their very flawed, uneducated, lazy service department. The service manger asked we give him a a5 star review. No sir. Especially since he wanted to blame the issues on the call center.

  Completed an oil change and courtesy check for my Volkswagen Passat a few days ago and was very happy with the service. I was helped by Preston who was very polite and friendly. While waiting he was able to answer further questions and give guidance on a few things. Walked me out to my car at the end and when there was an issue with an indicator light within a minute he had several employees on the case to get me out the door as fast as possible. Highly recommend this dealership. Thank you.
