  The sales process was great, as it should be since they're trying to sell you a home. While we're generally happy with our home, there are multiple issues we've been unhappy with since becoming a Hayden home owner. First, there were multiple items we had to submit a warranty request for, and now 3 months later, many items still unfixed. Good luck getting a hold or getting a response from their warranty department, that hasn't been a good experience thus far. Some of the items we've requested to be fixed cabinet doors that were unfinished (many were touched-up and repainted by their installers but don't match), creaky floors, unfinished finishes in the kitchen, lights subtly dim whenever the AC kicks on and sometimes flicker for whatever reason (wasnt expecting that in a new house), and the house still needs to be repainted because they pressure washed paint off the house right before we closed. Secondly, there is a "cheapness" with some of their finish work. I understand they're in the profit business, but I really expected something better for a 400k home. For example, the bedroom/bathroom doors are paper-thin, as if they went with the cheapest option possible. Lastly, we've been in our home for 3 months. So far the street lights still don't work and the neighborhood does not have internet service unless you pay for satellite service. I believe those items should be up and running in a neighborhood once occupied, at least the street lights. From what I understand, someone dropped the ball when it came to getting these permits submitted. Not having street lights is a major issue in the evening hours, especially since there are tons of kids playing in the neighborhood as the sun goes down. Icing on the cake....our door knob in one of our closets completely fell apart today lol. As I said earlier, we're generally happy with the home, but do your diligence when selecting a home and pay attention to their build and finish work.

We apologize for the timing it has taken to complete a few of these requests due to supply issues, and understand the frustrations you are feeling with these items not being completed. We have talked to our local team regarding the your concerns, and our Customer Service Manager has followed up with you, and confirmed when these items will be completed. In regard to the street lights, thank you for bringing this to our attention. This has been fixed. Starting new communities, it typically takes a few months for the internet to be live and running, as this is up to the discretion of the internet provider in the area. All of our Hayden Home communities are wired to be internet ready, so when the local internet provider is complete with their construction, it makes it easier to hook up. When speaking with Spectrum today, there construction has been complete and internet services can now be enabled in Moxee. We encourage you to reach out to Spectrum directly to set up your services.
