      My personal experience today was a judgmental and racially biased service or no service due to the fact i believe because of ny race or how i perceived to be to them and i was there to cash a personal check from a friend for home repair services and claimed they had to call hom for whatever reason and because he was working and not able to answer at the time from them supposedly or my phone when i called, would not then in return cash the check . Later this evening i went to the Kapolei branch after i spoke with my friend and explained he was waiting for the kapolei branch to call and no one called him and they cashed the check with no discrepancy at all. I will never come to this bank again and will let anyone i know that they judge you there before service so beware!
