      Online credit card support is AWFUL! Suspends cards for fraud alerts without any notifications (always our charges) and their 3rd Party Call Center Reps are not helpful...Useless Actually. I'm moving our money! Reps in Kapolei Location are Great!

      Did not even give benefit of the doubt after missing 2 payments. Went straight to lawyers and not even wait until 3rd payment
