I have had a safety deposit box there for years. I notice they have boxes open. I encourage people to grab a box while they can bc they are hard to o come by. The boxes are accessible all the time. It would be nice if it were easier to have someone be a back up who can access your box in case of emergency..

Please ask your card members service if they relayed my complaint regarding an employee. I requested to speak with the General manager for more information regarding my concerns. Please ask personally did anyone contact your department requesting to speak with a manager, then escalating it to the President/VP?? They were supposed to contact me regarding this issue I reported within a few months ago (2-3 months ago). I need resolution to find closure. I’m very disappointed in your company. And I would like a personal apology letter regarding this matter. You may have disregarded my complaint. And you should honor my request.
