      This is going to be a very nice community. It’s still under construction. But from what I know, it’s going to be a gated community. Townhouses are in the 300s, single family houses from 300s to 1 mil. Many lots will be released in 2020. Based on the conversation with the sales team, the community will have a dock leading to Lake Howell. There will be many pond view houses. You won’t see Lake Howell. To the east is a spiritual center. I think it’s gonna be quiet and peaceful. There are wetlands preserved in the community.

      Not impressed as cookie cutter overpriced homes where design was wasteful of space. Under stairs "walkin closet" no rack is hug & another has a small bedroom which should of been half as big as to provide a couple of feet to room size.
