      Several years ago we moved from California to Washington state while still carrying the notefor a property we sold down there. A couple of things happened to make us want to sell the property in CA. Enter Hawley Note Investments. After looking at the numbers and a few other variables we decided to go forward with selling the note. At this point the father-son team of Charles & Rogers took over. All we had to do was provide necessary documents and be available to keeps things moving. There was a slight delay getting documents recorded due to the COVID shut down but even then the Hawleys were able to break the log jam and wrap things up. Overall, very professional, very courteous, very fair and very effective team. Highly recommended.

      We received a letter from Hawley regarding a note my mother was carrying for a building she sold. Since she is 85 it didn't make sense for her to receive thirty years of monthly payments. Rogers gave us a fair offer in a timely manner and we were able to complete the transaction within about three weeks.
