Trying to close a personal loan with this bank is an absolute nightmare. Took 3 months to close, plus I lost .25% interest rate during the process. Not to mention, both parties were extremely motivated to close. Inexcusable on all accounts. To follow up, we closed the loan and the wired the wrong amount of money to me the seller! This is getting worse! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
