  I went into do a split deposit and to get a Debit card, I previously did not request one when opening the account. First , I had to explain to the teller how to do the split deposit, she must be a new(I hope that's the case 🙀)teller, was totally confused, looked to the teller next to her for help. The teller next to her was embarrassed that I had to explain that with the cash I was getting back I was putting into another account, really not that difficult....I had 2 deposit slips..one check...pretty cut and dry The first thing she had asked me was "how do you want your cash back? " I'm like I don't! I'm depositing it into another account, OMG! THEN..it took about 35 minutes to get the debit card..ok, just saying...

  I had high hopes for this bank, but they seem to be very poor in customer service. Called to find out why a money order that was was already placed on a 5 day hold,was placed on an additional 4 day hold and got hung up on and when I called back, no answer, ive left 2 messages and still not called back. Smh
