      Direct deposit with anything is a hassle to set up, they are unprofessional and aren't helpful even after going to them directly and asking for help, their online banking runs terribly and its a struggle to just login due to constant crashing. At least they have a drive thru..i guess. Don't recommend.

      To Hanako Bryant and all Readers, We take all reviews very seriously and sincerely apologize if you were not satisfied with the service you received. We are releasing an updated and vastly improved online and mobile banking product this week. Our members will see great improvement to their personal banking needs. However, some of the crashes that you may have encountered could be the result of the lack of good internet service in our Northwoods area. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and also wish to see improvements as new fiber optic lines and towers are installed. Meantime, we will continue to provide courteous and excellent service to our members. Thank you for your input and we hope your future banking needs are met.
