      If I could give them a ZERO in stars I would this company is Very unprofessional, i was recommended to Hayward title company through a friend That is a realtor . I need there help to with a quick deed for two properties for me and my grandmother. The communication with this company was very horrible. The deeds were drawn up in June of the this year and here we are into November and neither dead’s have been filed with the county of the properties. I’ve reach out through email and called directly to the the title company multiple times Seeking help and to see what’s going on and I’ve haven’t got any responses yet. I would recommend any small service or any service at all. To anyone i also paid the fees for the deeds and i was still given the short end of the stick. Would NEVER use this Company ever again. Here it is November after Ive had to track them down I am know told that the quick claim deed where lost in the mail, know one veer called to tell me anything!! not only that how can the deed for the Tallhassee property get lost in the mail also when Hayward is mailing one deed within the same county. I've report this company to the the better business bureau. They also told me I have to start the process over again because they didn't even file the deed electronically so it looking Like we never done business. This has been a complete NIGHTMARE!
