      This place is very unprofessional attitude problem and if u have a serious problem like if u lose ur job or anything they dnt care they will shut ur car off with out u knowing that ur car is shut off this will be my last time lol purchase a vehicle from them never again

      I Called to explain I started a new job and my payments no longer reflect my pay period. I’ve made every single payment on time (sometimes earlier) just for them to tell me”regardless, my car will be shut off in 3 days even if I make a partial payment” THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU. The one guy (Henry) who always answers the phone is nonchalant and hangs up the phone once the first question is asked. I will be looking to trade this car in asap to get away from this company.

      No Stars given. This place is very unprofessional and the reps rude and disrespectful. If there are others that believe they have been mistreated and taken advantage of this company, feel free to message me because I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against HCAC.
