      Terrible experience! My husband and I found Joel and his team to be disorganized. They did not provide adequate, nor accurate, communication throughout the home buying process. We would be told one thing by one person on the team and then days would go by before we would hear something entirely different from another person. Most documents were provided to us late. The week leading up to our closing date, our phone calls and emails were ignored and not returned. We finally received our final closing disclosure 20 minutes prior to our appointment with the title agency on closing day, only after multiple phone calls requesting information regarding what the issue was since we did not receive the necessary information in a timely manner! I would not recommend this business to others!
