  Catie Robinson introduced me to Heartland Bank by answering my questions and providing excellent guidance by providing solutions to MY issues/problems. Now have a checking account and a Home Equity loan at Heartland. Very happy with how I have been treated, the ease of dealing with Heartland, and the various people who have worked with Catie to answer my questions. I will turn to Catie for my next car loan and any other needs that arise.

  We can’t say enough wonderful things about Heartland bank! We have used them for many, many years now and utilized multiple types of their wonderful services! We’ve had business and personal accounts opened with them, purchased commercial property, and most recently, purchased our next home with them! We officially close tomorrow and I had to take a moment to recommend Heartland and our incredibly loan officer, Andrea Murdock! We have had the absolutely pleasure of knowing Andrea for much longer than most clients should...haha! Our house hunting process has been just that-a process! Over the year(s), Andrea has stuck with us and has gone well above and beyond. It never mattered what time of day, night, weekend, Andrea responded so promptly and could even get us updated PQ letters in essentially real time. She blew our mind when she would respond so quickly, far faster than any internal expectation we may have set for her! Fast forward, here we are. Almost closing day and this house buying experience has been wonderful all thanks to her! She answered all our questions, dealt with the realtors and title company, got all loose ends tied up, and someone worked her magic to get documents, appraisals, closing, and funds all done ahead of schedule! A+++ to Heartland for all their awesome services and a special thank you to Andrea! 🥰
