  I have used Heartland bank for 13 years, primarily use the Ft Thomas branch and I can’t say enough how great this location and banking experience has been. Always super helpful, I’ve never had to wait in line and they know me when I walk in door which is something you don’t get with major banks. If you are local you will be hard pressed to find a more personable banking experience.

  I appreciate how service- oriented Heartland bank is. I never have to wait for anything and they always make sure I have what I need. Because it is a smaller community bank, I don't have to put up with endless, unsolicited offers.

  I am treated like a friend, not just another customer, when I go into the Fort Thomas branch of Heartland Bank! This is exactly the kind of bank, and customer service that this town needs! 4 of 5 stars, only because there is no drive-thru, or on-site ATM available.
