  The issues that I've experienced so far are becoming problematic to my financial situations. The company's that I've worked for, drop their direct deposit paper work off on Thursdays so it gets dropped in to their accounts on thursday night at midnight or early Friday mornings. What's weird about of this is that it is all electronic. I'm not sure what's going on because I feel there has to be some biases involved in this. I've spoken to at least 3 to 5 others who bank at this bank and they've explained to me that they receive their money always on Friday. I have to wait until Saturday to actually receive my money because it cleared. I've explained this to my fellow bankers and they all told me that they actually received their money on Friday for their availability of balances and their current balances to match. Does this make sense. They drop the direct deposit files off on Thursdays so that I can actually receive my money on Saturday?

  Incompetent people working the drive thru. They don’t u sweat and the difference between a transfer and a cash withdrawal.

  This was a good bank until the new ownership took over. Then the issues started most were small until march when they switched everyones cards to heartland. I never got sent a new card when they switched so i called they said theyd have to mail me one and itd be 2 weeks its been over 3 months and ive got nothing besides statements. I also have a loan there and i called to find out how long i had left on the loan and they said theyd find out and call me back. That was over a week ago. So I have no usable debit card and no idea how long til my loans paid off.
