      Least helpful least experienced of all the branches don't waste your time you are much better off going to Lexington or anywhere else

      The heartland bank people don’t know what they’re doing. Multiple times I’ve asked them to sepereate my check into my checking and savings and they’ve repeated it back to me, and still put it ALL into my savings account giving me no access to my checking. They’re a horrible bank. There are two men there that ARENT friendly. The women there don’t know how to do their job correctly. Three times theyve given me the wrong amount of my own change back and questioned me about asking for the rest of my money. Horrible bank. Horrible people
