  I have been at this bank for almost two years . I have had nothing but the best service at all times from this branch . All the people are nice . And try to help anyway they can. I was going to start a business before the pandemic and I haven't got the best credit actually hardly any cause I've always believed if I can't buy it with cash I can wait. So eventually I told them my plans when I found a what I needed to start my business but hadn't purchased it yet and they set up an appointment and we talked and between my saving habits and spending habits they was ready to help me start my business regardless. That's what we old guys call trust !! Something I have literally never had with a bank let alone a bank believe in me. I haven't started my business due to the pandemic that hit . But they are ready and waiting to help me when I am !! U don't know how excited it makes me and scared at the same time . I don't know what anyone else has said about this bank and don't care but these folks have treated me like family . To that I say thank you . I would say all their names since I'm on the phone with them all the time but that probably might not be cool lol. To all of you thank you!! And to everyone else get this I live over an hour away from this bank if that says anything. !! Peace

  Excellent Customer Service. I called at 4:57 pm with a question about my account and the Bank employee that took my call was patient, poised, and professional. I love the way my bank attends to my banking needs. Keep up the great work.

  Could write a story but to summarize, stay away, especially if you are financially adept... There was no security risk (claimed) in my regards to cryptocurrency, no communication regarding the disabling of features to my account, and I was notified that my account will be closed after I had ordered checks. The account also had pending transactions while the branch proceeded to close it. It later needed to be zero balanced. Complete negligence... 3/12/'21 Edit Checkout the price of BTC now LOL
