      Roasted on transfer fees. The bank allows you to have separate accounts but then pretends you are out of money and charges you overdrafts if money is one account and not the other, even though they're well aware you are NOT out of funds. Its just plain greed. Not impressed.

      IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR STAY AWAY I REPEAT STAY AWAY. This establishment will drag their feet when it comes to servicing a person of color. They are also dishonest. Before I began my business loan application, I addressed my concerns and was reassured by representatives (Jennifer AND Karen) that my concerns wouldn't be an issue. After 3 days, after submitting countless documents, I was denied a loan for the same concerns that I was told wouldn't be an issue. I was denied a copy of my credit report and it seemed like they weren't fully knowledgeable of the loan process. Karen informed me she didnt know what a D-U-N-S Number was or use for it. Again, if you are a person of color please DO NOT come to this establishment. They are unprofessional and will waste your time.
