  Few years back I gave them a 5 star review and their customer service and loans team was great and above expectations the first 5-7 years I banked with them and I told my whole family, good friend and co works looking at loans to check them out. Over the last 3 years there hours have been shortened, the loans team seem to all be in one location but primarily what made me change my review is I tried calling the Verona office today which you can not call directly from the numbers listed online anymore I had to call a primary number and ask to get transferred to the Verona branch. It took 4 calls to get an answer and not a voicemail but once transferred the Verona branch ignored my call that I let ring for 5 mins with no answer I then pulled up in the drive through with my phone still ringing and asked why they ignored my call/was not answering and was just told I would have had to stop in ethers way for what I needed. Where I put my money or borrow money will be at a bank that makes my day feel better just from the atmosphere and the greeting from the tellers when I walk in or pull up in the drive threw. I also want to know I can physically talk to someone without getting sent to voicemail or just left ringing.

  Very arrogant and rude when discussing a loan discrepancy; the company wouldn’t exist without the customers- that’s why you put them first.
