      Very impressed with Heartland Payment Systems. I was secure with my previous processor until they decided to deactivate my account with no warning due to an error on their part. Sarah picked up the slack and had me back in operation in a very short time. Since they, as I am new to their system, I have had a few opportunities to contact Sarah directly or to use the HPS help line. In all cases the response was quick and accurate. In one instances I though I had deleted the entire day's settlement batch. In a panic I called the help line at 9:30pm CST for assistance. Someone with full knowledge and skills with their system was on the line within 30 seconds and got my problem resolved. Thankfully the settlement had transferred instantly and I was able to correct the earlier mistake that prompted my efforts and have all data saved. Can't thank the HPS help line enough.
