      We have closed 4 properties in the last 6 months and this company was the most unprofessional. We are out of town like all the other closings and the property closed and they never contacted me to inform me it had closed. I had to sent an email. Received a reply the next day that it had closed. I DID NOT RECEIVE FUNDS. I called and left message and they never returned my calls. They sent me an email and said they had sent the wire at 8:45 am and I still hadn’t received it at 2:00. Finally they responded to my real estate agent and I noticed then that the account number they sent the wire to was missing numbers in my account number. I had to call my credit union and chase down my funds. Beware....SLOPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
