  When I entered into a crazy housing market, I was looking for someone to give me advice on my housing purchase. How do I ensure my credit is good enough to purchase? How can I beat deadlines of rising interest rates? When do I need to lock in a rate? How do I know what my estimated payment will be? I got all this and more from Heather. Every time I called she knew it was me, greeted me by name, and knew exactly what I was inquiring about. When interest rates rose, she made sure to give me a heads up of where rates might go and the timeline based on what she saw in the market. She helped me estimate my payment and ensured that through the closing I knew what the current and next steps were. Her service was fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for mortgage services.
